Alliance Home Health care is a premier Medicare-certified Home Health care Agency serving the Alameda and contra Costa counties in California. We provide skilled care (Nursing, PT, OT, Speech Therapy). We have had high patient satisfaction scores and had a perfect Medicare survey (no deficiencies identified) on our last survey- a rarity in our field. We also provide non skilled personal care/companion care at home through our sister company, ELEGANT CARE AT HOME, also based in San Ramon and serving the same areas. We are a member of a national home care organization (Companion Connection Senior Care) and offer hourly, live-in and 24-hour care, as well as specialized services such as new-moms, hair care and pedicure services at home. Our caregivers go through an extensive screening and training program (DMV, criminal background checks etc). They are hired if we believe we would have them to take care of our parents.
