Room and board, independent living home. Large rooms with often 3-4 to a room, 6 bathrooms and all are level in as this was a nursing home. Therefore, also wheel chair accessible but residents must be INDEPENDENT.
Just a few level blocks to retail: the big Target, Walmart, Rasputin's, In'N Out burgers etc.
