As always, it was so well organized. The quality of the candy was exceptional this year, and the Activities team couldn’t have done more to help the residents participate at their own level of comfort. ““The Family of Erika Laffrey would like to express our deep appreciation and gratitude for the wonderful care given to our mother while she was a resident at Medilodge. When mom passed away on January 1st, although her family members were not there with her, she was comforted by her Medilodge family, those people who were so important and integral to her daily life. We were told she passed peacefully and was not afraid. Most importantly, mom was not alone. This meant so much to us, and we know mom felt their care and love. Over the months there have been so many staff members who have cared for our mother. While we cannot personally thank all those who have been part of mom’s life, we know that she held a special place in her heart for Ronnie, Linda, Mellisa, Gail, Hailey (Barbie), Larry, Kim, Ava, and many, many more, all very important to our mom’s care until the end.
