Our residents health and safety is our top priority.
We have a capacity of 60. 45 of which are in Assisted Living and 15 in a secured dementia area. We offer rates ranging from $3450 per month to $4350 per month (depending on location and room type). All apartments are private with their own bathroom. The rate includes some medication dispensing, weekly housekeeping & laundry service, utilities (except phone), some transportation to Dr. appointments, activities, maintenance, 3 meals & 2 snacks per day.
Also available are Outpatient Rehabilitative Services, Assistance with Activities of Daily Living, Daily Activities for Life Enrichment, Outings, Beauty and Barber Services, and Respite Care.
We have physician services on-site. A podiatrist comes quarterly- that is a Medicare benefit. There's also HouseCallsMD, which is a geriatric physician service & they are here once a week. We have a few Residents that still see their outside physician as it is Resident choice. However, we've found that we are able to get more information & feedback for the Residents that see the Physician on-site since our Director of Health Services is available to make rounds with them if necessary. We also have a Geriatric Psychiatric DNP available. The on-site physicians are optional services.
