Three Rivers Hospice has been providing quality hospice service since 2006, with 8 locations throughout Missouri. Our multi-disciplinary team offers services including nursing, certified nursing assistants, social services, chaplain services, grief counseling and volunteers.
Our team approach to hospice care allows us to provide continuous care for the actively dying without using outside agency help. The nurses at Three Rivers Hospice have small case loads with up to 10 patients per nurse, which allows our staff to focus on the patients and offer personalized care. We have nurses that are trained in Wound Care, Ostomy Care, and Pain Management to better assist our patient’s needs. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our goal at Three Rivers Hospice is to provide quality care for the patient and support for the family in their time of need. Our bereavement program is individualized and offers support for families for 13 months or longer following a death. Our professional team also assists families and patients with community resources, spiritual support, and emotional support during this difficult time.
At Three Rivers Hospice, we know you have a choice in Hospice providers. We encourage you to explore these choices and know your options. When you need an extraordinary hospice, call Three Rivers Hospice
